[FFmpeg-devel] ffplay: framedrop fixes

Hi,

The following patches are fixes for ffplay to reduce the number of
unnecessarily dropped frames especially after a late video reaches the audio.

The patches are also available in the testing branch of my ffplay git repository:

git://github.com/cus/ffplay.git

In a few days, I will merge them to my stable branch and ask Michael to merge
from my stable branch to ffmpeg.
