Absolutely true.
I was thinking about something regular companies do when they list
"reference projects", which are cherry-picked, good-looking,
representative ones ;)

Hm...

I just know of some high-priced companies who don't want to do this for
another reason:

If their customers knew that they're using Free Software, they would
have to:
  a) admit that Free Software can be used in "professional" domains
(e.g. broadcast)
  b) argue why they're officially claiming Free Software to be
unprofessional...
