[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] don't fill in h264 frame num gaps after seek

Hi, 

This resolves the final issues with the sample i had with similar issues
too https://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/ticket/354

Running the conscealment code for frame_num gaps after a seek caused
corruption for quite a while after the seek. I suppose this could indicate
some deeper issue with the frame gap concealment code, but this resolves
the issue for me.
