[FFmpeg-devel] 0.9 release

Hi

I think its time to make a new stable release from git master
if things go well ill cut 0.9 from git master in a week from now.
if serious bugs or regressions are found this also may be delayed alot

Breaking DRM is a little like attempting to break through a door even
though the window is wide open and the only thing in the house is a bunch
