Yes. Indeo4 is principally the same as indeo5 except it additionally
utilizes Haar transform and bi-directional frames. I'm able to decode
60% indeo4 videos by reusing the current indeo5 code. The rest requires
either Haar transform or (hacky) bi-directional frame mode or both...

Ok, I'll try to put all things together and post a patch soon so
