Uhm ok, I needed to remove the if (!ost->video_resample) -> exit
condition for the following patches, and while at it I also fixed the
non-libavfilter path (which I like to support while it has still some
advantage over the libavfilter path - no memcpy).
I'll apply the whole patchset tomorrow.
