This gitorious project is still experimental so don't rely on it.

Todo:
* define av_samples_* syntax and semantics
* add channel layout negotiation
* add link dynamic reconfiguration (e.g. in case rate changes in the
  middle of a stream, this is currently supported in ffmpeg.c)
* fix all remaining issues
* add a regression test for lavfi-audio
* other?
