You are reading it the wrong way. First Michael shown sings of paranoia
and other behavioral issues you might or might not excuse.
Then you start piling up people fed up with the situation.

He accused and insulted me and others many times, usually the best
response is a "you had misunderstood" or "it was a joke".

Please reread the "compromises" usually could be summarized with
dropping mru and Diego and having him fully reinstated.

I sided against "compromises" and you missed 2 hours of discussion on
irc ended with story about the early years of MPlayer and the main
discussion back at square one.

Meanwhile most of the people that met at fosdem and some others got
involved in refining that document I posted.
