Hi Michael,

Thank you for your reply. I have created a clone of current ffmpeg project
from gitorious in my local computer and started throughly understanding the
j2k code. I have not tried to decode a j2k encoded video yet, however I am
in progress. Please bear with me about one week, after that I will be able
to back to you with meaningful something.
