True, inline assembly still isn't supported by icl. And I guess never
will be again, as ms also kicked it out for x64.

Do you think that inline assembly has to be there (ffmpeg) forever,
because it's liked so much or do you think it's more a question of the
work to be done to move it to separate asm files. Or is it about
adding overhead by function calls?
