Wouldn't it be time to make ffmpeg compile with Visual Studio instead of all

If you do not aware with subject there are a lot of contradictions for that.
FFmpeg sources rely on C99 and really use a lot of staff from it (against
C++ and older C standard).
M$ seems to be doesn't plan to upgrade own C compiler support (however their
upgrade C++ and own languages).
Also M$ deprecate inlining assembly that also intensively used in FFmpeg.
So this is conflict that FFmpeg developers just don't want to resolve. Doing
this job - is just killing a LOT of time
and because many FFmpeg developers don't like Windows at all - useless job.
