[FFmpeg-devel] Possible API-breakage in 05e84c95

Hello,
I agree it is questionable but since a release is pending:
Commit 05e84c95 breaks e.g. MPlayer because suddenly providing
a custom s->pb with AVFMT_NOFILE just errors out.
Obviously this is bad style and _likely_ indicates a bug, but
in this case it's simply caused by lazyness.
Just printing a warning instead of erroring out might be nicer,
at least for 0.7 (if that commit is in 0.7).
