[FFmpeg-devel] error while decoding- "Too many slices"

After selecting Slice-max-size as 500, I am getting following logs for encoding from vstats file. They are showing s_size increasing consistently and not even close to my selected size. Is it slice size?  because if it is then it's a bug. Vstats logs are like this-
