[FFmpeg-devel] Convert with ffmpeg to ism ( the live http smooth streaming)‏

Hello,

I've seen in this forum http://smoothstreaming.code-shop.com/trac/wiki/Mod-Smooth-Streaming-Live, that ffmpeg can be used to produce live streaming.
I'm interested in that and when i try to make it the "ism" output isn't recognized by ffmpeg.
They suggest to add a patch, and I want to know if somebody has already used it?
