[FFmpeg-devel] Scale, Rotate, Translate Matrix Op.

Hello all,

I've been looking for a way to do a matrix operation of Scale, Rotate, and 
Translate on a video (and then a crop). Each video only needs a single set 
of parameters (it is to correct for a slight rotational error a few 
degrees). Is there a video filter already written to do this? I couldn't 
find anything after much searching... Thanks!
