[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] scale interlaced

I'd like to send a patch, like the attached, to extend the documentation 
for scale to include the interlaced aware scaling flag. Only, I don't 
know what the -1 value actually does... I couldn't work it out from the 
source.
