This can be worked around in your build environment. Put the wrapper
functions in a static lib, say libmstatic.a, and create a math.h
header like this:
#include_next <math.h>
#define sin staticsin
/* ... */
Place this header in /some/dir and configure ffmpeg with
--extra-cflags=-I/some/dir --extra-libs=-lmstatic
