[FFmpeg-devel] Git repo name change on git.videolan.org

Hi,

due to common demand we have change the repository name on
git.videolan.org from FFmpeg to ffmpeg.

For a normal clone of the repo:

git remote set-url origin git://git.videolan.org/ffmpeg.git git://git.videolan.org/FFmpeg.git

has to be called for pointing to the renamed repo. For push or http
clones obviously other $newurl and $oldurl has to be used. Only change
necessary is s/FF/ff/
