There is exactly one (de)muxer that uses AV_DISPOSITION_KARAOKE and that is nut.
And as main designer of nut, iam pretty sure AV_DISPOSITION_KARAOKE and
ISOs "clean effects" are the same thing
That is "no language" which in case of music is for karaoke.
We felt the term karaoke made alot more sense than "clean effects" IIRC
