  I would say it is not exactly that commit that is broken. But the
dependency on a file that is not found in an out of tree build, which
makes this problem crop up. That dep is not found without that commit
and that makes it look like that commmit is broken.

  I posted a patch on ffmpeg-csvlog because I read that list first and
saw the commit was reverted.
