Your patch seems to have been mangled along the way.

If I am extracting all the frames of a VFR 30-seconds video, I do not care
much about the leading 00:00 for the hours and minutes, but I care about the
subsecond part of the timestamp very much.

Also, pkt->pts may be AV_NOPTS_VALUE.
