Sure, they've been committed to my master branch (
https://github.com/mjbshaw/FFmpeg-OpenJPEG-J2K-Encoder).  For future
patches, would you like me to do things like this (i.e. submit patch for
review, but apply it in one of my branches which you can use to merge it
into FFmpeg), even for things not dealing with openjpeg?

Sorry it's taken me forever to get back to you; I just finished finals in
school this week so now I can breathe.
