[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Correct use of OSX to Mac OS X and properly format yasm providers on Mac OS X

Noticed this on the the recent doc changes.  Mac OS X (full name with
the spaces) is the proper spelling for that platform.  I left the
short form (but with an added space) in the code comment changes in
this patch since the rest of the code alternates between using "OS X"
and "Mac OS X".

I also reformatted the yasm providers on Mac OS X to 1) add Fink as an
option, 2) put them in alphabetical order, 3) change @url to @uref
because otherwise both the link HREF value and link text were
everything inside the curly brackets, including the comma and the
expected link text.  With @uref, the links are formatted correctly.
