Unfortunately, it seems there is no simple way to get the human-readable
codec name.

I think there should be a simple API, and one that works even if there is no
encoder, decoder or parser enabled for the codec_id. I'll think about the
issue and try to propose something, when I am done with what I currently
looking at.
