We used to support both in x264 as well, but eventually came across a
stupid bug in nasm and we used that as an excuse to drop it. That bug
doesn't apply to any asm in ffmpeg that I know of, but I'm not 100%
sure (it was a compilation-time error though, so it'd be obvious if it
did).
