[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Avoid negative SCR in mpeg ps muxer

Attached patch hopefully fixes/works around a scr issue reported with dvdauthor

reference: Subject: [FFmpeg-user] FFMPEG encoded MPEG-2 video causes error in DVDAuthor

comments and alternative solutions welcome.
ill apply this in a few days in absence of better ideas
someone should check if this actually fixes the issue btw please :)
