The windows box was misconfigured after a reboot this Tuesday and
stopped reporting to fate.ffmpeg.org. This was not a deliberate act,
it was just an oversight. I've restored that now.

I also started reporting to fate.ffmpeg.org the hacked-up win64 build
and darwin builds, but I don't think I'll be able to override the
darwin slots.

Who used to maintain the darwin builds? Mike?

BTW I officially don't care about cygwin anymore. It's slow, bloated,
sucks, and their devs are not the most pleasant people to deal with.
Therefore I will not try to set up a FATE cygwin configuration again.
