[FFmpeg-devel] port mplayer eq filter to libavfilter

I have fix the problem mention below.
and change to directly process the input picture.
Please check it again.
BTW, I had send a mail to D Richard Felker III <dalias <at> aerifal.cx>.
If he agree relicense these under LGPL. I will patch it to LGPL. Thanks.
