Decoding or transcoding dirac encoded video wrapped in Transport stream
caused frames to be dropped or duplicated because the presentation timestamp
of the decoded frame was being set incorrectly. libschroedingerdec now uses
the reordered_opaque field in the codec context to set the pts to the pts of
the decoded frame correctly.
