[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] subtitle global header

Hi,

Currently the ass muxer set the AVFMT_GLOBALHEADER flag, but ffmpeg
don't take this flag into account for subtitle track.
Attached patch ensure that ffmpeg will pay attention to this flag,
the same way it does for other kind of tracks.
