[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Add x264 tunings: fastdecode, psnr, ssim

Attempts to emulate the fastdecode, psnr, and ssim tunings from x264. I
can't make the other tunings because of a lack of FFmpeg option
equivalents, and because some tunings use options such as '--bframes
{+2}'.

A better method is to directly access the presets, tunings, and
profiles that are already in libx264.
