we had this argument already, to repeat the awnser you have no authority in
fedora, and noone who has authority in fedora made any request.
If what you want is what fedora whats is questionable at best.

If a bugfix only changes things apparently unrelated to the bug with no
further explanation, that is a good sign that the bugfix is wrong.
