[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] support mid-stream resolution changes for TM1

Hello,
this is a prerequisite (well, at least it vastly simplifies) adding proper
support for decoding 24 bpp TM1 files.
I tested it by concatenating two files of different resolution and it worked
fine in ffplay at least.
I will apply tomorrow if nobody objects until then, on the assumption
that nobody really cares :-)
