[FFmpeg-devel] Fix common code for indeo4

Hi,

the "q_delta" field of the IVIMbInfo is erroneously declared as
unsigned. This makes indeo4 code to work wrong because it often uses
negative deltas. The attached patch fixes that.
At the same time it fixes the playback of this indeo5 video:

The patch was tested on x86 and PPC and works correctly. Please check
and apply.
