[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] IFF: Handle palette underflows correctly in decoder

A very small patch which allows the IFF decoder to handle palette
underflows in a proper way by filling, according to the IFF standard,
the remaining colors with black.

This fixes files like sabre.iff
