Let me be clear here:

- I am a FFpeg copyright holder and the contact person for FFmpeg with SFLC;
- I will instruct SFLC to sue any (commercial) entity distributing any
sort of combination of FFmpeg with libfaac, libfaacbin,
$hack-of-the-day, that results in the execution of code from libfaac
and FFmpeg within a single binary.

Is that clear?
