[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] rtpdec_asf: Implement RTSP-MS packet splitting

Hi,

The sample stream in issue 2070, 
rtsp://melpomene.mmedia.upv.es/RETRANS_PR_01, uses the previously 
unimplemented feature of rtpdec_asf, of splitting one RTP packet into many 
ASF packets. This initial implementation seems to work for this stream, at 
least.

There still are other oddities in this stream, though. It seems to be a 
simple still image, but after a few seconds, the server sends an RTSP 
ANNOUNCE command describing some other(?) stream.
