[FFmpeg-devel] QCELP encoder support in FFmpeg?

Hi All

We found that there is a QCELP decoder in FFmpeg but no encoder

Any specific reason like licensing?
Anybody is there trying to add QCELP encoder support in FFmpeg

We have a requirement to convert the other audio formats to Qcelp with the
help of FFmpeg;

We have some QCELP encoder/docoder library that will take care of this; So
we are planning to add this to FFmpeg.
Can somebody guide us how to link this library with FFMpeg.

Any help/pointers are appreciated
