[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Be explicit about minimum libvpx version required

Hi all!

A small patch to tell people why their libvpx-0.9.0 is not detected.

Tested on Linux with libvpx 0.9.0 and 0.9.1 (and with no libvpx
installed).
