This one is ok with me, too, generally.

However, regarding the documentation section: To regain pre-XP 
compatibility when we've made ffmpeg look for getaddrinfo in the correct 
headers, one would have to disable networking completely, not only disable 
ipv6. (The ipv6 configure option may be going away completely soon 
anyway.)
