[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH]Partly fix issue 74

Hi!

Attached patch improves picture quality for issue74.
Regarding sound quality, I tested r1928 and audio for 
Toy-Story2_better-image-quality.4xa sounds similarly distorted 
(=unrecognizable).
