While I certainly don't want to stop anybody working on improving H.264
timestamps, I would like to note that no samples mentioned in this thread fail
with ffmpeg or ffplay (or vlc).

I am not sure if we already have seen a sample that is not part of the
conformance test and fails because of timestamp issues.
