[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] rtpdec_xiph: Correct the bitmask for num_pkts

Hi,

$subj, the RFC draft (section 2.2 in 
http://svn.xiph.org/trunk/theora/doc/draft-ietf-avt-rtp-theora-00.txt) 
says 4 bits are used for this, and Josh's xiph packetizer on -soc does it 
that way, too.
