It was an ill-considered solution which has been rejected before.  You
apparently are not aware of the full implications of this change.

It's not your code.  Look at the MAINTAINERS file if you don't believe
me.

Then maybe you should start listening to those with more experience
than you.  If you did, people would probably start taking you more
seriously.

Nothing is stopping you from joining #ffmpeg-devel.  I removed your OP
status after you *repeatedly* banned me.  You left of your own accord
at about the same time.  Please do not distort facts.
