I have explained that a hundred times before.  Read the mailing list
archives if you really want to know.

You deliberately violated one of the core rules that enables us to
function as a group, that of not stepping on other people's files,
EVEN AFTER I ASKED YOU NOT TO.  Such behaviour cannot be tolerated.
