I have spent years getting the configure script to work with a minimum
of fuss in most situations.  This has nothing to do with maintaining
the code interface to libx264.

Maintainer of libavcodec/libx264.c is one thing, maintainer of
configure a completely different thing.

When did I insult you?  It was you who called me a retard.  I will not
tolerate that.

Short-tempered perhaps, but not teenager.

I never asked anyone to treat me well.  I do expect people to heed my
advice in areas where I am the expert, however.  I do not argue with
you about H.264 encoding matters.  You should not argue with me about
makefiles and configure scripts.

Had you taken the time to actually stop and listen to what I had to
say, you would have realised that I was in fact looking for a good
solution.  Thanks for wasting my time.
