[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Huffyuv: Small changes

This patch adds "const" to some pointer parameters. It also decreases  
the buffer size for extradata from 30 KB to 772 bytes in encoding  
mode. The maximum extradata buffer size is not too difficult to  
calculate, so I think that we can use this smaller buffer size.
