[FFmpeg-devel] Added (L)GPL Violation Bugs

On the ffmpeg hall of shame, it is requested that "If you become aware of
license infringements, please notify us on the ffmpeg-devel mailing
list<http://ffmpeg.org/contact.html>and/or add it to our issue
tracker <https://roundup.ffmpeg.org/roundup/ffmpeg/>." I have filed issues
1867, 1868, 1869, and 1870 against four different projects that appear to be
rebrandings of the same code. All four projects appear to violate the GPL
(xvid codec in particular), and FFmpeg's license.

P.S.: I apologize for miscapitalizing FFmpeg in my reports.
