[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] VAAPI: support v2 hwaccel infrastructure

Hi,

It was really a pain to have players duplicate the same code. So, this 
moves display-independent work to FFmpeg itself. i.e. A player should only 
care about displaying the decoded surfaces. Delegating context and decode 
surfaces creation to the player was not a good thing.
