[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] reduce MP3 decoder verbosity

ffplay/mplayer spam the console with four lines of

  mdb:371, lastbuf:0 skipping granule 0

on every seek with every MP3 file I tried.  This seems unnecessary.
